Neil Kleiman is an Affiliate at The Policy Lab, where he supports a cohort of state budget directors working to increase the use of evidence in budgeting.
Neil has joint appointments at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and Center for Urban Sciences & Progress, is a Senior Fellow at The GovLab and an Affiliated Scholar at the Marron Institute of Urban Management, and directs the Wagner Innovation Labs. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
